Frequently Asked Questions

01

Each piece of pottery is handmade by Angharad in her studio in Cardiff.

As each piece is hand thrown sizes and measurements may vary slightly from vessel to vessel as is the nature of handmade pottery.

Crock-Â-Shwt pottery is available to buy on the website, through a selected list of stockists and various markets throughout the year.

With online shop updates we aim to drop new pottery every 8 weeks, however this can fluctuate, and it is best to join our mailing to keep up to date with any important information!

Returns

We hope this doesn’t happen but if you aren't entirely happy with your pottery from us, I accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item/s.

All you have to do is contact me at angharad@crockashwt.co.uk to arrange the details of refund.

Any items refunded must be returned undamaged and in original packaging, unfortunately cost of postage will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

**PLEASE NOTE – As seconds are also available to buy off of my online shop these items have been discounted for various reasons.

If you have purchased a second you are agreeing to the purchase an item with the knowledge that it has a flaw and that you have read the item description with details said flaw and includes pictures. Refunds or exchanges due to the reason/s stated in the item description as to why these pieces are marked as a second will not be accepted. However if it is because of a different issue refunds/exchanges are available!

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 2 working days and send photographs of the item/s to angharad@crockashwt.co.uk

As a small batch pottery all items are individual with no two the same and made in small quantities, it may not be possible to exchange for an exact replica, we will do our best to rectify the issue and if necessary a refund will be made.

As an advocate for sustainability we made the conscious decision to ensure our packaging was as environmentally friendly as possible.

95% of the packaging and marketing material we use is either Biodegrable, Recycled, Recyclable or Eco Friendly – as with any packaging please recycle or reuse responsibly.

As with anything sustainable and better for our planet there is a higher cost and as such this is included in the cost of postage and packaging.

**Whilst I use biodegradable packing peanuts for the majority of orders, if you do receive a parcel with polystyrene peanuts they are reused from parcels I have received and therefore can be used again.**
