If you aren't entirely happy with your purchase from Crock-A-Shwt, I accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item/s. Please contact me at crockashwt@outlook.com to arrange the details of refund. Any items refunded must be returned undamaged and in original packaging, unfortunately cost of postage will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send photographs of the item/s to crockashwt@outlook.com. As a small batch potter all items are unique and made in small quantities, it may not be possible to exchange for an exact replica, I will do my best to rectify the issue and if necessary a refund will be made.
