An artisanal stoneware lidded jar.
 
This lidded jar was hand thrown in 2 parts using an off-white stoneware clay on a pottery wheel, once trimmed the designs were screen printed on with underglaze.
 
This piece has been fired two times to a top temperature of 1250 degrees celsius and has a glossy finish.
