An artisanal stoneware mug.
 
This mug was hand thrown using an off-white stoneware clay on a pottery wheel, once trimmed and the handle attached, the design was painted on using underglazes and carved into using the Sgraffito method.
 
This mug has been fired two times to a top temperature of 1250 degrees celsius and has a glossy finish.
 
This is mug is food safe and suitable for use with microwave and dishwasher however, handwashing in warm soapy water is recommended.
